Thanks for attending Let’s Talk Coffee 2023; we’re looking forward to seeing you in Copan Ruinas, Honduras, in February.
Below are some essential details about dates, logistics, and what to expect!
Arrivals
What are the dates of the Event?
February 20-25, 2023.
What airport should I arrive at and when?
Fly into SAP San Pedro Sula International Airport
Arrival is Monday, February 20, 2023, before 2:00 pm local time.
How do I get to Copan Ruinas from SAP San Pedro Sula?
Upon arrival, Sustainable Harvest Staff will take care of internal transportation, which is included with your pass.
Shuttle buses will start departing SAP at 3:00 pm to Copan Ruinas.
How long is the trip from San Pedro Sula to Copan Ruinas?
The road trip is approximately 4.5 hours.
Coffee and snacks will be provided.
At the event
Is lodging included?
Lodging is not included in the conference pass and should be booked separately via Verdante Travel on our website, which has curated a list of recommended hotels.
Are meals included?
All meals and coffee breaks are included in the conference pass.
Are there vegan/vegetarian options?
Yes, please make sure to mention your dietary restrictions when purchasing your conference pass and also email ltc2023@sustainableharvest.com.
Are networking/social events included?
Yes, all social and networking events are included in the conference pass.
What are the Harvee Awards?
The Harvee Awards is a gala dinner that recognizes excellent producers and roasters in the Sustainable Harvest® supply chain and serves as a chance to celebrate the exceptional Relationship Coffees produced by Sustainable Harvest®’s supply chain every year.
Are Field Trips included?
No. Field trips are an “add-on” to your conference pass and are optional.
You must complete a separate registration form if you want to participate in one.
Field Trips registration coming soon.
Departures
When should I plan on flying out of Honduras?
Well, it depends on if you are participating in Field Trip activities.
If participating in a Field Trip activity, then:
You should fly out on Saturday, February 25, 2023.
Attendees will head out of Copan Ruinas at 5:30 am on the shuttle to San Pedro Sula international airport with an ETA of 11:00 am. Please plan accordingly.
If not participating in Field Trips, then:
You should fly out on Friday, February 24, 2023
