What is included in the registration cost for Let’s Talk Coffee® Rwanda 2019?

The registration cost includes the opening ceremony activities; two days of conference events, including lunches, coffee breaks, a BBQ dinner on the final day; and a field trip of your choice. Registration does not include lodging.

Where will the event be held?

Let’s Talk Coffee® Rwanda 2019 will take place at the Serena Hotel in central Kigali, Rwanda’s capital and largest city.

When should I plan to arrive and leave the conference?
Attendees should arrive to Kigali on June 16 and depart on either June 20, June 21, or June 22, depending on your field trip participation. Learn more about travel dates on our venue and travel page.

Note that if you arrive to Rwanda on June 17, your flight will likely arrive too late to attend the opening activities of the event during the evening of June 17.

Do I need a visa to travel to Rwanda?
Nationals of all countries can obtain a visa upon arrival without prior application. For most nationals, including United States citizens, the fee is $30 and can paid at the airport upon arrival or online prior to your departure here: https://www.migration.gov.rw/index.php?id=203
Will I need any vaccinations for my trip to Rwanda?
For some travelers, proof of a Yellow Fever vaccination may be required upon entry. Learn more from the Rwandan Ministry of Immigration here and the CDC here.
